Where these values come from

Gross sales comes directly from Shopify Analytics and is product price × quantity before discounts and sales reversals; it excludes shipping and taxes. Net sales also comes directly from Shopify Analytics and equals gross sales minus discounts and sales reversals. Shopify then adds shipping charges, return fees, taxes and any other applicable charges to calculate total sales.
